The big comfy Volvos are the best Volvos. The S/V90 is very much a step in the right direction for them. Too many manufacturers try to be “sporty” nowadays.

I like the V90 a lot more. The S90 kinda reminds me of the bloated US-specific current VW Passat, and Chevy Impala.

Saw one exactly like this on display in Vail last week. I thought it was an Impala at first before seeing the front, the interior is beautiful.

For me it’s the high beltline, tall hood & trunk, rear quarter window, and overall chunkiness.The S90 is better looking than the Passat and Impala but I’m just not much of a fan of these proportions.
